• Memory card slot undamaged and corrosion free.
• Lens mount works properly.

Damaged - Powers On: Product powers on but may have one or more of the following functional issues:

• Cracked or chipped screen.
• One or more broken buttons or knobs.
• Broken microphone or speaker.
• Faulty charging port or jack(s).
• Will not power on.
• One or more functions or modes not working properly.
• Pop-up flash not working properly.
• Displays error codes in any mode.
• Won't read and/or write from/to memory card.
• Corrosion in battery or memory card chamber.
• Lens mount too stiff or too loose.
• Hot shoe not working.

Damaged - Won't Power On: Product may have one or more of the following functional issues:

• Cracked or chipped screen.

We cannot purchase water damaged items.

• Remove lenses from camera bodies prior to shipping and wrap separately.
• Remove memory cards (memory cards cannot be returned).
• Please fully charge your batteries.
• If your camera uses rechargeable batteries, please remove and wrap separately.
• Include body and lens caps whenever possible, this will help prevent any damage to lens glass or camera sensors in transit.
• Include as many original accessories as possible, e.g. manuals, boxes, cables.
